G.P.S. Accelerator

What: G.P.S. Accelerator is a team of 8-12 business owners who meet on a regular basis to share, assist, advise, discuss, challenge, and offer accountability to each other for the purpose of successfully attaining business and personal goals. They can also access the resources of TCV Growth Partners.
Where: online and in person
How:
Monthly zoom meetings - 1 ½ hour in duration. Wednesday or Thursday afternoons at 2:30 beginning in November (exact day will be determined by the members). The agenda for meetings will vary but can include:

Discuss topics chosen by the group

Hear from experts on a challenge all may be experiencing

A member will have an opportunity to present their business, growth plans, challenges, successes and failures. It is an opportunity to receive input, suggestions, feedback and insights from peers. There is also the opportunity to tap into the expertise of TCV Growth Partners

Some planning work will be needed to be done outside of the formal meeting times and shared with members of the team prior to meetings. The GPS Accelerator group will have a shared Google Docs account that will be pass word protected

Sessions will begin on time. Early arrival is considered "on time". On time is late. Late is not acceptable. All members shall value their time to the other members.
Quarterly in person gatherings - Half day (four hours). The group will provide an opportunity for in person meetings at a members’ place of business at their option. These half-day sessions will be devoted to their business and the exact agenda will be determined by the member with the assistance of the facilitator. It can include tour, presentation, pitch, deep dive into what is working / what is not, employee or regulation challenges… you choose what you need and what will benefit you the most when you are host.
More HOW: Each member can choose one of the following with their membership.

Quarterly one on one counseling (one hour duration) with a TCV Coach/Advisor specializing in the requested subject matter.

A one hour one on one session via Zoom or similar on a predetermined topic of the member’s choice

TCV will provide an expert on the topic chosen by the GPS Accelerator Member.

The member is responsible for preparing a synopsis of the topic or challenge to be discussed and presented to the facilitators prior to the arranged meeting time to determine the best advisor to be involved.

A single 2 hour Strategy Planning session with 2 TCV advisors. The meeting can be in-person or online. Options include coaching/mentoring the development of a strategic growth plan or quarterly action plan coaching session to review development or modifications.
Why: Your business must grow, or it will die. If your business is treading water, then it is simply floating until you run out of energy / resources and then sink. The real goal is to develop a strategy that will give you not just growth, but a quantum leap in growth.

Member participation seats will be unique to the member. No direct overlap of products or services. TCV facilitators will make the decision when potential conflicts occur.
Is very affordable…
MONYHLY: $400 per month payable by the 1st of the month by automatic EFT. or-
ANNUAL: $4000, payable at the beginning of membership (16.33% Disc)
Attendance is mandatory. A single absence excused by a facilitator in advance will be allowed.
All members will sign a confidentiality agreement regarding information revealed during sessions and/or from shared docs.
